Return & Refund Policy

At Dark Grey Plus (By City Posters Plus) every product is made to order especially for you. Because of this, we cannot resell returned items, so our return policy differs from traditional retail stores.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selected by the customer
• Incorrect color selected by the customer
• Buyer's remorse
• Minor color variations caused by different screen settings

Please review all product information, size charts, and order details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

• Damaged during shipping
• With a manufacturing defect
• With the wrong product, size, color, or design due to our error

please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Email us with:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photographs showing the problem

After review, we will provide one of the following at no additional cost:

• A free replacement, or
• A full refund to your original payment method

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before production begins.

Once production has started, cancellations cannot be accepted because each product is custom made specifically for your order.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Dark Grey Plus (By City Posters Plus).
